Orders received by noon EST are processed within 1 to 4 business days (Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days). Business days are calculated starting the day FOLLOWING your confirmed order receipt.
Once your order has been successfully uploaded, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will provide you with your order number. If you do not receive this order confirmation e-mail, please check the following:
Check to make sure that your spam filters have not blocked e-mails from customerservice@mypublisher.com from entering your mailbox. Order confirmation e-mails may be blocked by e-mail spam filters.
Check to make sure that the e-mail address that you used to create an account is spelled correctly.
To see if you entered your e-mail address incorrectly, click on Purchase in MyPublisher to get to the Sign-In page. If you enter in your e-mail address and password and the "Invalid E-mail Address Entered" message comes up, send an e-mail to customerservice@mypublisher.com and we will give you the e-mail address that you used to create an account so that you can correct it.
To correct the e-mail address that you used to create an account, click on Purchase, enter the misspelled e-mail address and your password, and then click on the Has your e-mail address changed? link.
After you change your e-mail address, click on the red 'Next' button.
If you still do not receive the order confirmation e-mail within 3 hours, please contact customerservice@mypublisher.com for confirmation of order receipt.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail within the estimated processing time, please check your e-mail spam filter, or your order is still being processed.
Orders shipping outside of the U.S. can take anywhere from 6 to 14 shipping days for delivery depending on ship method and order destination.

Credit Card Authorization Authorization
When placing an order with MyPublisher, it is necessary to request an authorization for the total amount of the purchase from your credit card company. No charges are applied to your card until your order ships.
Ordering in the shopping cart results in the authorization approval process completing each time you attempt to order. For instance, if you attempt three times to place an order, three authorizations will appear on your card.
These authorization approvals, or holds, will drop off of your card typically within three business days. Unfortunately, MyPublisher is not able to remove these authorizations from your credit card.
Changing, Canceling and Editing an Order
All of the MyPublisher ordering and manufacturing processes are fully automated.
The option to cancel your order must be selected on the Order Confirmation screen in MyPublisher or on your Order Confirmation e-mail within one hour after placing your order. We are not able to cancel your order by any other means. If you did not select cancel within the one-hour window, your order will be shipped and charged to your credit card.
My Publisher is not able to change or edit the content of your book file once it has been sent to print.
My Bookshelf: Purchasing more copies of an order
Every order purchased from My Publisher is automatically stored in MyBookshelf with its own unique order ID and its own unique password. If you are interested in printing additional copies of a book, click on the MyBookshelf link. Type your MyPublisher order number in the space at the right on the MyBookshelf page and then click continue. You can find your order number on the order confirmation e-mail and shipping confirmation e-mail you received from MyPublisher.
